Heather Kaye Raznick, MSW, LCSW
Seeking help can feel challenging, but it's an important step toward improving your well-being. Just as people with diabetes or asthma require medical treatment, those dealing with depression, grief, anxiety, sexual difficulties, or relationship challenges also need support and care
With more than 25 years of clinical experience, Heather works with individuals, couples, and families struggling with a wide range of issues, including sexual dysfunction, personality disorders, stress, anxiety, and depression.
Through psychotherapy, commonly known as "talk therapy," you can identify and manage the factors that trigger these challenges. Heather will work with you to develop effective coping strategies and practical problem-solving skills. Together, you'll explore the thoughts and emotions that contribute to unhealthy behaviors, helping you regain balance.
Here to help.
I offer short-term and long-term therapy for individuals, both adolescents and adults, and couples. My approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and a comprehensive understanding of your unique needs. In a safe and supportive environment, you'll have the space to explore your thoughts, behaviors, and relationships with deeper insight.
Together, we'll identify your strengths and address your challenges, creating personalized strategies to enhance your overall well-being. My ultimate goal is to help you find balance, heal from past experiences, and navigate current difficulties with confidence and resilience.
